terms of sale
1.
Minimum order: 300 euros
2.
Availability of wines for options buying:
a.
Wines from the Noble Valley will be available in autumn 2012.
b.
For great classified growths:
According
to the stringent current law in Alsace, these wines will not be
available until after they have been approved by I.N.A.O which is 6
months to one year after bottling (this means Christmas 2012 if the
approvals are given).
c.
For the late harvest classified growths and noble rot wines:
In
application of the same law, they will be available between one and two years
after bottling (thus at Christmas 2013 or 2014).
At
the price of the patience and the trust you give to your wine maker you will not
be disappointed because you will receive fine bottles with all the qualities for
long cellaring (at least ¼ of a century if you like mature wine with maximum
expression.
In
the case where certain bottles purchased as options buying could not be produced
they will be replaced after your approval by bottles of an equivalent value
including bottles from previous years.
3.
Payment and delivery of order:
The
validity of reserving options buying is linked to its advanced
payment. In exchange for this advance you pay an advantageous
price.
On
receipt of your full payment by cheque (if you live in France), post office or bank transfer
(only if you live out of France), we send you a confirmation invoice in
accordance with your order and with the above calendar.
